Please read carefully the information on how to examine electronic addresses to the City Hall of Chisinau.
1. The www.chisinau.md website gives you the opportunity to contact the General Mayor and the Chisinau Municipal Council electronically with proposals and complaints.
2. The size of the text must not exceed 1800 characters.
3. Depending on the specifics of the issue addressed the responsible persons will be involved in the examination.
4. The body examining the submission is entitled to verify the veracity of the information and to request additional information.
5. Following the examination of your submission you will receive an answer on email indicated in.
6. Presenting and examining online submissions’ ensured the confidentiality of personal data and information communicated.
7. Submissions that do not contain the required information in the address form and will not meet the requirements of the online documents will not be examined.
8. If you do not have an e-mail address, we recommend to mail a written request or petition on paper.
